I. General Provisions

1. This Privacy Policy sets forth the rules for collecting, processing, and storing the personal data of individuals who contact Global Fun Sports or provide their contact information via the globalfunsports.com website (hereinafter: the "Website") or other websites, including the Facebook and Instagram social media platforms operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, particularly via the contact form, email, or telephone. Global Fun Sports processes this data to respond to inquiries, establish contact with potential clients, and present them with commercial offers.
2. Global Fun Sports collects only the personal data necessary to respond to inquiries, establish contact with potential clients, and present them with commercial offers.
3. Personal data collected as specified in paragraph 1 is processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: "GDPR") and the Polish Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data.

III. Purpose of Collecting Personal Data

1. Personal data is used to:
   • respond to submitted inquiries,
   • establish contact with potential clients,
   • present the Controller's commercial offers,
   • communicate with data subjects (contact form, email, phone, social media messaging apps),
   • promote the Controller's offers,
   • send a newsletter (upon consent to receive it),
   • manage the Controller's social media profiles,
   • conduct marketing and remarketing activities, including running ad campaigns on social media,
   • personalize the Website and advertising content,
   • conduct analytical and statistical activities,
   • establish, exercise, or defend against legal claims.
2. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to enter into a contract or use other features of the Website.

IV. Type of Processed Personal Data

The Controller may process the following personal data: first and last name, company name, job title, company registered address, email address, phone number, Tax ID Number (NIP), content of the inquiry, and other information provided voluntarily in correspondence, as well as data collected automatically while using the Website, including IP address, device and browser data, and data saved in cookies and similar technologies.

V. Data Retention Period

Users' personal data will be processed for the following periods:

• when the legal basis for data processing is the performance of a contract – until the statute of limitations for claims after its execution expires,
• when the legal basis for data processing is consent – until it is revoked, and after the revocation of consent, until the statute of limitations for claims expires.

In both cases, the statute of limitations is 6 years, and for periodic benefit claims and claims related to conducting business activities – 3 years (unless a specific provision states otherwise).

VI. Data Sharing

1. Personal data may be transferred to: entities affiliated with the Controller, entities providing IT services to the Controller, including hosting, email, and Website maintenance services, providers of analytical and advertising tools, including Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and Google Ireland Limited, marketing agencies, and other entities supporting the Controller in marketing activities, law firms, and public authorities if the obligation to disclose data arises from the law.
2. Personal data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including to the United States, to the extent necessary to cooperate with the Controller's sales representatives and to use analytical and advertising tools. Data transfer is based on a European Commission decision confirming an adequate level of personal data protection (e.g., under the Data Privacy Framework, which includes Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc.) or by applying standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, in accordance with Articles 45 and 46 of the GDPR.

VII. User Rights

1. Website Users have the right to: access their personal data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, data portability, object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).
2. A notification that a User is exercising any of the aforementioned rights should be sent to info@globalfunsports.com.
3. The Controller complies with or refuses to comply with the request without undue delay – within one month of its receipt at the latest.
4. Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych) if they believe that the processing violates their rights and freedoms (GDPR).
